Barton Moss Nursery
Barton Moss is nestled in a quiet suburb of Eccles. Our nursery has three Playrooms as well as a large outdoor play area and forest school.
We have a curiosity approach to learning and pride ourselves on being very sustainable with natural and open-ended resources available for the children, we have frequent forest school sessions which promotes a communication friendly setting. The inclusive nature of the nursery ensures everyone is made to feel welcome.
Our team have over 25 years’ experience and are constantly striving to develop their own knowledge to support children with their needs.

Opening hours
We are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year. We only close for all bank holidays and for one week between Christmas and New Year.

What’s for lunch?
It goes without saying that we take pride in the food we cook and serve to our children. All our nurseries maintain five star hygiene ratings and are accredited We are well fed, meaning all our menus meet the national guidelines for children’s nutrition.
Our menus often include many childhood favourites keeping in mind any dietary, medical or cultural needs.
If you like the look of one of our dishes and would like to try at home, we can share our recipe with you, just let your nursery manager know.
